The Saigon Skydeck is one of the most visted places in Ho Chi Minh. Some people said it gave the best view of the city. So we put it in our to-do list.
Saigon Skydeck is an observation deck located on the 49th floor of the Bitexco Financial Tower in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view of the entire city and the winding Saigon River.
We visited the skydeck at around noon. The first view of the building was amazing. The glass skyscraper stood out in the horizon.
On entering the building, we took a couple of automatic stair escalators. We could see offices, retail outlets and restaurants in the first few floors. We then took the high speed escalator to the 49th floor.
The observation deck gave a beautiful view of the city and the Saigon river. Late evening will be a good time to visit – one can enjoy the city lights as well.
Ticket price: Approximately 250,000 VND for adults
Opening Hours: Daily, 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM
Best time to visit: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (around sunset)
